Nikki will guide you to use breath and gentle movement to release tension and emotions stored in the body while the Shamanic Healing sounds used by Gyöngyi will guide your spirit effortlessly into a place of calmness and slowing down. Deepening your experience further, Aromatherapy will be offered to help activate the areas of your brain connected to feelings of courage and self acceptance. Ending with a long floating savasana, letting you experience deep relaxation.
