Hot 26 & 2
60-75 Minutes
The original hot and humid Bikram yoga practice featuring 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each pose is performed twice for maximum therapeutic benefit. The Bikram Method is the foundation class for beginners through advanced practitioners.
Hot Pilates
60 minutes
A challenging, full-body workout that’s low-impact but high-intensity. Hot Pilates is performed on a yoga mat with a towel on top to catch sweat. You will strengthen muscles and burn fat all without the pounding of a high-impact workout. Designed for all levels.
Hot Vinyasa
60 minutes
A challenging strength-building class with postures linked together by breath in a flow. The class flows through a unique sequence of yoga poses linked together by breath. This class is for everyone: simple poses for beginners, coupled with modifications.
SUP Yoga
60 minutes
SUP Yoga is a combination of paddle boarding, yoga, pilates, and core fitness. It challenges you to find another level of balance and focus your mind, all while floating atop the water. Experience the elements and deepen your mindfulness while learning to adapt to the motion of the board.
Warm Yin
60-75 minutes
Create a sense of deep relaxation in your mind and body. Room is heated and music is used to create the perfect environment to relax and deeply stretch your body. Yin followed by Yoga Nidra Meditation.
Aerial Yoga
60 minutes
Aerial Yoga is Hatha Yoga with a hammock, and one of the most therapeutic styes of yoga offered today. It is also fun and challenging, and offers elements of anti-gravity and suspension training. Learn the Foundations for Flight!
Sculpt
60 minutes
Our sculpt classes are a electric combination of hot pilates, bootcamp, and yoga fusion. These classes are great for toning, strengthening, and stretching while getting in a great sweat.
Gentle Yoga Sound Bath
60 minutes
Experience the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation with our 60-minute Warm Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath Class. The 45-minute yoga practice is designed to gently stretch and soothe your body, preparing you for a deep state of relaxation. After your practice, immerse yourself in 30-minutes of Sound Bath Healing. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, calming your mind and body, and promoting a sense of peace and well-being.
Warm Yin & Reiki
60-75 minutes
In this class you'll enjoy a series of long-held, passive floor poses for deep stretching and relaxation. Reiki healing is also offered during this class to help your entire being realign and harmonize - giving you the opportunity to shed any layers of stress and dissonance.
Things to know for your visit
Booking Classes & Arrivals:
You can book online up to 5 minutes before class begins.
No admittance 10 minutes after the start of class.
Please arrive 15 minutes early.

In Preparation for class:
Bring a mat, a towel, and water.
Mat and towels are available for rent or purchase.
Reusable water containers are available for purchase.
We have a filtered water refilling station.
The town of Truckee prohibits plastic water bottle sales, please bring a water bottle to use at our refilling station.
Class Temperatures:
Hot Yoga, Pilates & Sculpt classes are heated to 90-98 degrees.
Bikram classes are heated to 105 degrees.
Warm classes are heated to 85 degrees.
The Mountain Lotus Café:
Delicious, organic and locally sourced food and drinks are available at our Café so you can nourish and fuel up before or after class. Learn more here.
