Join us for a 60-minute standup paddle board yoga class on Lake Tahoe at Commons Beach every week throughout the summer!

Our SUP Yoga Classes offer a combination of paddle boarding, vinyasa yoga, and core fitness. It challenges you to find another level of balance and focus your mind while floating on top of Lake Tahoe. Ideal for bringing a new perspective to your yoga practice by deepening your connection to nature and more. Great for all levels - we’ve got you covered!

How It Works

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to Commons Beach, Tahoe City Kayak Tent

  • Yoga clothes or bathing suits are fine

  • Wear flip flops or water shoes

  • Bring layers for fluctuations in weather

  • Don’t forget sunscreen

  • Leave valuables behind

  • Parking is available at Commons Beach

Important Details

  • For ages 18 and up.

  • Classes are attendance and weather dependent.

  • Preregistration is required by 3:00pm the day before.

  • Classes must have at least 2 participants.

  • You will be notified in advance if class is canceled due to weather or attendance, and a credit or full refund will be provided.
