She put together this class with the design to connect with your partner/ best friend/ mom/ sister whoever you trust to get close to & do some yoga poses together. February is the Love month. What can be more bonding than doing yoga poses with your favorite person.
Partner yoga Improves trust, communication, and connection. Don't be intimidated, Yoga poses for 2 people can be surprisingly simple. So grab your mat & your favorite person & be ready for plenty of laughter & release.
We are going to start this class with a little Kava tea Ceremony.
