What is a SUP Yoga Class? SUP Yoga is a combination of paddle boarding, vinyasa yoga, and core fitness. It challenges you to find another level of balance and focus your mind while floating on top of Lake Tahoe. Ideal for bringing a new perspective to your yoga practice by deepening your connection to nature and more. Great for all levels - we’re got you covered!
How It Works
Arrive 10 minutes early
Yoga clothes or bathing suits are fine
Wear flip flops or water shoes
Bring layers for fluctuations in weather
Don’t forget sunscreen
