Breath of Fire: Transformational Breathwork & LIVE DJ Music Voyage

Come experience Breath of Fire, a transformational breathwork journey layered with a full vibrational, electronic music voyage by Randy Gates.

This breathwork style offers deep healing, growth, creativity, connection, surrender, and love. Many individuals spend most of their waking hours in a state of hyper-vigilance, constantly problem-solving and rationalizing, which makes it difficult to rest, heal, and grow. If you're ready to unwind and heal, this workshop provides a nurturing and safe environment for you to explore at any stage in your personal journey.

This breathwork and electronic sound bath immersion provides a full somatic experience, allowing you to surrender fully, enter an altered state of consciousness for a new perspective, and connect with your body. It's in our bodies that we often hold unprocessed emotions and trauma. This practice helps to acknowledge, move, shift, or release that energy. Music and vibrational sounds can also encourage positive and healing shifts in our consciousness. Combining breath and sound can create a powerful experience.
