Moutain Lotus SUP Yoga (Standup Paddleboard Yoga) -

Welcome to Summer in Lake Tahoe, where the sun shines and the temperatures are delicious from dawn until dusk! Summers in Tahoe mean enjoying all that the lake has to offer- like getting out on the water and trying Mountain Lotus SUP Yoga. We offer classes 7 days a week, 8:00-9:30am, plus you get an extra ½ hour to play on the board! Please sign up 24 hours in advance.

Combining the natural healing energy of the water with the alignment of mind, body, and spirit through yoga is heaven on earth. SUP Yoga is tailored to each level of yogi and paddleboarder- newbie, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The beauty of Mountain Lotus SUP Yoga is that you get to decide how far you want to go in each pose, making our yoga flows a safe and comfortable place for you to explore your inner yogi. No board? No problem, we've got you covered! Our boards are large, sturdy and comfortable- ideal for yoga on the water. Each class caters to your individual goals so whether you're looking for a challenge or want to relax and go with the flow, Mountain Lotus SUP Yoga is the perfect fit.

To prepare for your Mountain Lotus SUP Yoga class:

  1. Please sign up 24 hours in advance- click here to see our schedule and sign up
  2. Protect your skin with sunscreen/hat/or sunglasses
  3. Wear sandals or water shoes to beginning of class
  4. Leave valuables at home
  5. Dress in layers
  6. There is a chance you might choose to take a dip in the lake during class- so naturally, participants MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM
  7. We love to take pictures of all the fun you are having, so you'll be able to share with friends near and far!
